Atera Installation Guide for Shemper Law

Why Install Atera?

Atera allows Hub Tech Solutions to remotely monitor and support your Mac device with proactive maintenance, patching, and real-time assistance — all with minimal disruption.

Mac Installation Instructions

  1. Download the Installer:
    Click here to download the Shemper Law Atera Installer (.pkg)
  2. Open the Downloaded File:
    Locate ShemperLaw.pkg in your Downloads folder and double-click it to begin.
  3. Follow the Prompts:
    The installer will guide you step-by-step. You may be asked to enter your Mac’s password to approve the installation.
  4. Complete the Installation:
    Once finished, the Atera agent will begin running quietly in the background. No additional action is needed.
